● Assistance from the planning phase
- Office relocation includes creating floor layout plans from the planning phase.

● Design & Coordination

- On behalf of the customer, we will confirm and understand restrictions such as building-side construction classifications, and instruct each construction vendor. Of course, we will also share information with customers properly.
- KIBER will coordinate each team which is handling with different tasks, including coordination between the person in charge and the system person in charge.
● Construction & Operation Phase
- We will examine and negotiate costs associated with design changes in real time, and achieve the project within budget through CD/VE, etc.
- KIBER will share and comuniate with each specialit related on the consturction to adminstrate whole construction outline.
- We will review and report on the progress and cost management status using the construction schedule and budget list.
- We will conduct rigorous examination and negotiation of the final construction cost based on the design updates set at the beginning of the project and the current contract.
- The final cost report not only organizes the results, but also analyzes the background and cost fluctuations due to design changes. We will organize the list of contractors and provide it as a resource that can be used in the future.
- Develop importance settings for relocation cargo and predict the risk of loss to prevent missing.
